Can you sort this out?

I keep busy people's days running, and build the AI systems that take the busywork out.

Mumbai, India

The job

For seven months, everything that needed Ranveer went through me.

Executive Assistant to Ranveer Allahbadia and Podcast Producer at BeerBiceps Media World. His calendar, his travel, shoot days, guest approvals, and every team's line to him.

So what did I actually sort out?

The receipts

Seven months. Four numbers.

2→6

YouTube channels I posted Shorts on. 2 when I started, 6 by the end.

0

Missed uploads. 2 Shorts a day on each of the 5 daily channels, and 25 to 30 a week during big launches. Every one went out on time.

~350

International guests I researched and reached out to for podcast trips. No outreach team, just me.

8

Episodes locked with guests from that list.

Rounded, never inflated.

The desk

Five jobs. Two of them on paper.

Official

Executive Assistant to Ranveer

The line between Ranveer and every team. His calendar, flights, trips and task list. If you needed him, you messaged me.

Official

Podcast Producer

Guest comms before the shoot, keeping the day on track, live notes from behind the camera, then seeing the guest off and packing up.

Unofficial

Outreach

International guest outreach by cold email and DM. ~350 researched, 8 locked.

Unofficial

Social media

Two Shorts a day on five YouTube channels, batch drops on the main podcast channel, guest birthday stories, and Instagram and LinkedIn cover.

Unofficial

The AI guy

Sat with teammates, found where their work was stuck, and built the system that unstuck it.

The systems

In February I'd never used ChatGPT. By August, I was the one people asked.

Four systems the team actually used, rebuilt here as live demos. Names and data are made up. Built with Claude, Notion and n8n.

    Outreach Command Centre

    Nobody goes quiet by accident.

Research, a personal draft, two human checks, then a follow-up every 48 hours, switching between email and DM. Whoever doesn't reply goes on hold and gets checked on every 7 to 10 days. Nobody just drops off.

Scroll to play out a week for six contacts

Each square is a step: research, draft, check, send, three follow-ups, hold.

The real one: 200+ contacts tracked at once, ~15 duplicates caught in one audit.

    Short-form scheduler

A week of Shorts, planned in one go.

The five daily channels, two Shorts a day each. A cooldown log blocks a repeat before it happens and swaps in a fresh clip. The sixth, the main podcast channel, posted in batches with each episode.

    Scheduled Repeat blocked, swapped
    Clips titler

    Three titles, three formulas.

Built from Ranveer's own feedback on titles. Pick a clip and it writes three ranked options, each from a different formula. Regenerate rotates the formulas.

Try it: pick a clip, then hit Regenerate
    Output · Batch 1

Example titles written for this page. The real one worked from episode transcripts.

Same move every time: find the manual pipeline that's breaking, build the system, hand it off, move on.

Under the hood: Claude projects and skills, Notion databases, MCP connectors, and 8 n8n workflows that took clips from Drive to Buffer.
